Eligibility
Continued eligibility for the tuition reduction is dependent on your active employment with Wild Genomics. If your employment status changes during your program, the tuition reduction will no longer apply to future terms.
State Authorization
Please note that due to regulations from the Department of Education specific to online education, the University of San Diego’s professional and continuing education programs are not available in all states. Please visit our State Authorization page to determine availability in your location.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the total tuition reduction I will receive?
You will receive a total of a 10% cost reduction towards the tuition cost of the master’s degree, or a 25% cost reduction towards the tuition cost of the certificate or course you are seeking. Application and other fees are not eligible for the cost reduction.
Is financial aid available?
Yes. Financial aid is available for those seeking a master’s degree. It is not available for those seeking a certificate. Please visit the Financial Aid Site for further details.
If I am no longer employed by the company that partnered with USD for this program, will I still be eligible to receive the tuition reduction?
No. If you leave that employer, you are no longer eligible for the tuition reduction.
How long do I have to complete my certificate program?
You have up to five years to complete your certificate.
Does USD provide receipts for tax purposes and official transcripts?
Yes. USD can provide cost receipts and official transcripts.
Is it true that USD Online is not able to enroll individuals residing in certain states or districts?
Yes. Due to State Authorization of the Department of Education, USD is currently authorized to enroll students from every U.S. state except the following states or districts listed here.
