Dr. Mandeep Kaur is an accomplished industry leader with more than three decades of global experience across technology, business management, leadership, and organizational transformation. She has successfully led and contributed to complex business and people initiatives within dynamic, matrixed environments spanning North America and the Asia-Pacific region, including an accomplished 16-year tenure with IBM, where she held pivotal Business HR and Strategic HR Leadership positions, driving impactful results across various organizational levels.

Dr. Kaur holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management. Her research publications reflect her commitment to advancing knowledge in emerging and future-focused domains. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Dr Kaur has attained advanced professional credentials, including Blue Core Coaching from IBM, expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Executive education in Strategic Change Management and Advanced Accelerated Management Program from Cornell University.
