Dr. Lindsey Ryan, PhD, RN, holds the position of Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Sharp Metropolitan Medical Campus in San Diego, California. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Nursing Science degrees from Point Loma Nazarene University and completed her Doctorate in Nursing at the University of San Diego.
With over 20 years of experience in acute and critical care nursing, including six years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Dr. Ryan is Green Belt certified. She leads interdisciplinary quality initiatives, operational planning, productivity, finance, and clinical research. Dr. Ryan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, the Association of California Nurse Leaders, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
