Eric Escosio Nobel retired with the rank of Police Major General in the Philippine National Police (PNP) after serving as a police officer for almost 36 years. He attended the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia in 2014 and in 2020, he earned a Master of Science in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego, USA.
What motivated you to be a LEPSL ambassador?
To encourage senior-level law enforcers not to stop learning.
Why did you choose the LEPSL program? What made LEPSL stand out in comparison to other schools/programs?
Because it credited some of the academic units I earned at the FBI National Academy.
What were your concerns about starting a graduate program?
How to allot time from my busy schedule.
How did the LEPSL program help you achieve your career goals?
I became aware of the latest trends in law enforcement and broadened my critical thinking abilities.
What advice would you share with prospective LEPSL applicants?
LEPSL education is a good investment for your future. It will not only update you in the field of law enforcement, but it will also help improve your critical thinking skills.

What were you balancing while participating in the LEPSL program?
During my LEPSL studies, I purposely allotted enough time to read and finish all the requirements. It will be a challenge in the first couple of weeks, but it will become smoother as you go along.
How did you stay motivated throughout the program in the face of competing priorities in your life?
I was committed to finishing the program because I had made an investment of time and money in it.
