Course Overview

This MS in Health Care Informatics class explores methods for measuring and analyzing the burden of disease in populations. Students will apply various data sets including disease registries, electronic health records, claims data, and socio-economic data to measure, trend, and analyze the impact of disease on various populations. Students will apply programming languages such as R and python to solve unique data set problems.
