The Community Resiliency Model© (CRM) is a set of wellness skills taught to people of all ages to help bring the body and mind back into balance. CRM is based on neurobiology and validates biological reactions to trauma and stressors.

This workshop will be facilitated by Sarah Diamond, Associate Director of Prevention and Education at USD. Sarah has over 10 years of experience working in the field of relationship and sexual violence prevention. Her passion is to bridge the gaps between prevention education and comprehensive sex education utilizing anti-oppression, trauma-informed, and public health frameworks. She holds a Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in LGBIT Studies from the University of California Riverside.
