Bryan Banville

Bryan Banville has 16 years of experience in the field, including instructional design and eLearning, curriculum development and program management, career development and coaching, leadership development and coaching, and growing learning and development teams in corporate settings. He began his career in K-12 education as a statewide trainer, coaching teachers and after-school providers on integrating service-learning into their curricula. He also spent time in higher education, both in the classroom and supporting administrations in leadership development initiatives for full-time faculty and staff. He navigated his way into the private sector, supporting human resource teams in initiating change management initiatives and building internal talent coaching programs. Currently, Bryan has built out the learning and organizational development function and leads the overall talent strategy at a fast-growing tech start-up that supports companies with their localized digital marketing strategies.

Bryan received his B.S. from the University of Connecticut in Physiology and Neurobiology – studying how people learn and process information and a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from CSU Fullerton. Most recently, he has become a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach to support individuals in developing their unique talents into unbeatable strengths. He resides in San Diego by way of Boston, MA and lives there with his wife Katie and their two kiddos. Bryan is also a professional stage actor and performs regularly on many San Diego stages, including The Old Globe, Cygnet Theatre, and Moonlight Stage Productions.
