Hayley Umayam, PhD

Hayley Umayam, PhD, researches knowledge and expertise in global governance, with a focus on famine and humanitarian quantification. Dr. Umayam previously worked in East Africa on applied research and M&E projects in the humanitarian and development sectors. Dr. Umayam holds an MA in Peace and Justice Studies from the University of San Diego and a PhD from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
