Dr. Jannise T. Baclig, PhD, RN has served in a variety of nursing roles and practice settings over the past 17 years. Her healthcare experience includes Pediatric Orthopedics/Surgical/Rehabilitation bedside nursing, clinical and staff education, training, and the design and implementation of an array of recruitment, retention, workforce solutions, and clinical professional development programs. She has also served in several nursing professional roles and nursing leadership positions throughout her career.
Dr. Baclig completed her Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) at San Diego State University. She also achieved her Master of Science in Nursing – Executive Nurse Leader (MSN) and Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD) at the University of San Diego. She is passionate about promoting clinical professional excellence throughout the clinician life cycle and continues to serve in diverse nursing professional and nursing leadership roles.
