Dr. Lyn Corbett has been an adjunct faculty member with the School of Leadership and Education Sciences since 2016, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership, governance, and strategy. As the President of The Pivotal Group Consultants Inc., he excels in board governance, executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning. Dr. Corbett has made contributions to the field of literature as the author of ‘Hope is Not a Strategy: Strategy and Positioning in Health and Human Services.’ He holds esteemed certifications as a Certified Governance Trainer with BoardSource, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and an ACC Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Dr. Corbett’s scholastic background includes a Doctoral Degree in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University.
