Mandeep is currently HR Director in a global role, with the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider. She is a Strategic Human Resources leader with over 30 years of experience in a variety of global HR leadership roles. As an industry practitioner, she has extensive experience in diverse range of sectors of manufacturing, telecom, information technology, and information technology-enabled services.
Mandeep has expertise in partnering with global stakeholders in multi-cultural environments in driving strategic focus on change management, organization restructuring, enhancing employee experience, and building diversity and fostering inclusive workplaces. She has proficiency in designing talent management strategies and enabling leaders by executive coaching.
Mandeep has earned her Doctorate in Management, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence adoption in Human Resource Management. Her research has been published in a range of leading academic journals including Global Journal of Management and Business Research, Review of International Comparative Management, Indian Journal of Industrial Relations, and Empirical Economics Letters. She has also presented her research at key international conferences.
Mandeep also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has achieved certifications in Blue Core Coaching from IBM, Nuero Linguistic Programming, and successfully completed Program on Managing Strategic Change and Advanced Accelerated Management Program from Cornell University.
Mandeep is acknowledged for her thought leadership and domain expertise in Human Resource Management. She has been nominated for and has held multiple key appointments in eminent HR professional and industry associations.
Mandeep has joined the USD Center for MS Engineering and Management Leadership as an adjunct professor and course developer. She is passionate about contributing to academia, by leveraging her expertise as an industry practitioner and a keen researcher.
