Mansi Thakar is an accomplished cybersecurity leader and a visionary force, widely recognized as the “Doctor of Digital Hygiene.” Mansi brings a proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-wide security initiatives, engineering trust to deliver measurable risk reduction and foster a deeply rooted culture of security.

Currently, at NVIDIA, she spearheads cross-functional programs, seamlessly embedding security into product development lifecycles and enterprise-wide trust strategies. Her extensive prior roles include serving as a key member of Threat Operations and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs for FinTechs and multinational corporations such as HPE and Sony PlayStation, where she consistently achieved marked improvements in operational resilience and stakeholder confidence.

Mansi is particularly energized by the dynamic intersection of corporate innovation and community-focused digital hygiene. Her commitment to fostering environments where security transcends mere requirement to become a shared, deeply held value is evident in all her endeavors. Beyond the corporate sphere, Mansi plays a lead role in the PBS documentary Life Hackers and dedicates her summers to protecting the “most hostile network on the planet” as a long-standing DEF CON NOC Goon. Through her powerful philosophy of “lifting while climbing,” Mansi is a dedicated leader of non-profits and mission-driven initiatives that expand access to technical skill-building and champion diversity in cybersecurity.

Mansi Thakar stands as a driving force in the industry, empowering organizations—and people—to thrive safely and confidently in our increasingly complex digital world, while actively shaping the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
