Dr. Esmaeili earned his PhD in Engineering from the University of California, Davis. His research focused on modeling the effects of climate change on hurricane characteristics and structural resilience. Previously, he served as a data science consultant at Accenture and Deloitte, where he advised clients across various industries on implementing value-added, data-driven solutions. Currently, he is a Senior Software Engineer at Workday, specializing in the development of AI and agentic solutions.
