About
Upon graduating with a degree in electrical engineering, Dr. Sadeghian worked for seven years in several industries as a Senior Industrial Automation Engineer. Later, he pursued his PhD in signal processing and speech recognition. During his PhD, Dr. Sadeghian worked on speech features as the baseline to diagnose speech delay in children and Alzheimer’s disease in elderly people. To address the issues properly, he conducted deep learning networks and published several papers that proved his hypothesis of using speech recognition in diagnosing health disorders in the early stages. He is currently the lead instructor of a deep learning course where he can share his enthusiasm and expertise with young researchers. He has published several papers on incorporating deep-learning techniques to address health disorders. He is also the program chair of IEEE Cloud Summit.
