About
Wesley Pasfield is an AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics leader with over 15 years of experience across both leadership and technical roles. He currently serves as a GenAI and ML Specialist Solutions Architect at Databricks. In this role, he assists customers with the full lifecycle of AI deployment, ranging from strategic product development to the hands-on engineering of AI agents and traditional machine learning models. Wesley previously served as an Emerging Technology Fellow at the US Census Bureau, where he focused on AI policy and the safe evaluation of large language models. His career includes extensive experience in data science and analytics at organizations such as Amazon, AWS, GoPro, Nielsen, and Lark Health. In addition to his professional work, Wesley has been an instructor in the Applied Artificial Intelligence program at USD since 2022.
