Dan Ostermiller is currently a Principal Engineer / MBSE Architect at Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) supporting a cloud-based Video Analytics project using Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Machine Learning (ML) and other techniques).

Dan Ostermiller has recent MBSE architecting, acquisition, and systems engineering experience with ACAT I Navy programs including: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Mobile User Objective Systems (MUOS), and Joint Tactical Network Radios (JTRS).

Dan Ostermiller has over 25 years of experience in System Architecting, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Requirements Analysis and Design, Coding, Unit Testing, Integration, Verification / Validation, System Integration and Test, Project Management, Acquisition and Executive duties on projects in support of the DoD, DHS, NASA, FAA, and others.

Deployment environments have included the Russian Space Station Mir, the U.S. Space Shuttle (STS), satellites and ground stations, aircraft and Air Operations Centers (AOCs), ground systems, ships and submarines for both soft and hard real-time systems.
