Minoo Gupta is senior director of engineering and customer experience at Citrix. She leads the customer experience for all NetScaler brand products for Cloud and Networking Division. NetScaler is one of leading brands for networking products in industry powering over 75% of the internet traffic for highly successful brand name customers. She is highly seasoned, tech savvy and customer focused executive working in the silicon valley since 1987.
Gupta serves as an elected president of Foundation for Excellence (www.ffe.org), a non-profit. FFE’s mission is to enable academically brilliant and economically underprivileged students in India to complete their higher education in engineering or medicine through a scholarship program. The organization has supported over 16,000+ students to achieve their dreams since its inception in 1994. She has been involved with FFE as board member since 2012.
Gupta is an advisory board member of USD’s Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering college to help shape the curriculum for future engineers, with a focus towards customer experience and design simplicity. She has been actively involved since 2014.
Gupta lives in Santa Cruz mountains with her husband, Vikram Joshi, and daughter, Anika Joshi. She enjoys hiking, gardening and pottery making in her leisure time.
