Dr. Jannise T. Baclig, PhD, RN, is Co-Director of the MSN Program and a dedicated nursing professional with over 17 years of experience across pediatric orthopedics, surgical and rehabilitation care, clinical education, and workforce development. Her career spans bedside nursing, staff training, and the design of recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives. She has held various leadership roles and remains committed to advancing clinical excellence throughout the clinician life cycle. Dr. Baclig earned her BSN from San Diego State University and both her MSN in Executive Nurse Leadership and PhD in Nursing from the University of San Diego.

Nadine Kassity-Krich, MBA, BSN, RN, PHN, CNL
Nadine Kassity-Krich, MBA, BSN, RN, PHN, CNL is the Co-Director of the Nursing Leadership Program and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of San Diego’s Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science, where she has served since 2011 in roles including Clinical Placement Coordinator, Interim Admissions Coordinator, and MEPN Clinical Placement Coordinator. With over 30 years of nursing experience, her background spans neonatal intensive care, cardiac care, pediatric and geriatric medicine, and nursing education. Nadine previously served as Outreach Ambassador at Children’s Hospital San Diego, co-directed its Integrative Medicine Program, and has led consulting projects in healthcare leadership and nursing education. A published author and experienced presenter, she has contributed to multiple clinical journals and textbooks and continues to advocate for compassionate, holistic approaches to nursing and leadership.
