Kristin Torrance is a highly experienced data-informed experience designer, researcher, and author of the 5 Models for Data-Driven Learning TD at Work Guide. She has a background in cognitive science, a demonstrated history of thought leadership speaking at conferences about virtual reality (VR) and learning engineering, and training teams on using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to augment their learning design and content production processes.

Joe Mares is an interactive experience designer with over 18 years of experience and multiple awards for his game design. He has created everything from video games, board games, theme park attractions, XR experiences and more. He is also in the process of authoring his first book about how to create fun product.
